Are you longing for rest and relaxation? Do you need to recover from daily stress and endeavour enjoying the contact with nearly untouched nature? Then the village of St. Walburg in Ulten Valley – South Tyrol / Italy is the recreational area you were looking for.

You will certainly enjoy your stay in one of our comfortable holiday dwellings, which are situated in e central, sundrenched and really peaceful location.

You can choose among 3 flats for 2-5 people, all of them disposing of large living space, well-equipped kitchens with dishwasher, separate bedrooms, satellite TV, balcony and terrace.Bed linen, towels and the complete kitchen furnishing and fitting-out are at your disposal.

In the village centre of St. Walburg, which is only 300 metres away, you find all the necessary services such as shops, chemist’s shop, bank, post office and surgery as well as inns, bars and restaurants. Also to the bus stops both of the public busses and the free ski-bus, which takes you to the ski runs at no cost, it is only a few steps.

We’re open all the year round.

What to do in Ulten Valley:

  • You can go for long and relaxing walks,
  • undertake either extensive hikes in the mountains or adventurous peak climbing.
  • If you like, you can also take part in guided excursions,
  • discover our unique alpine flora,
  • take a rest and fortify yourselves in our numerous alpine pasture huts, which are open during the summer months,
  • or have fun on our well-prepared ski runs and cross country ski run in winter.

Very close to our house there are also:

  • a children’s playground
  • the public swimming pool (heated)
  • and both public and ski-bus stops
  • Thanks to the new gondola lift it is now possible to reach the skiing resort Schwemmalm in merely 8 minutes from the close-by hamlet Pracupola, which is a ten minutes' drive from our house and well-served by the complimentary shuttle bus. The new cable car will be operating both in summer and in winter

Our house is in a central, sundrenched and really peaceful location.



Our large comfortable flats are furnished in a modern way so that you will really enjoy staying with us.



This flat (of 80 m²) consists of 2 double rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen-cum-living room, bath and WC and separate terrace.


The second flat (36 m²) consists of 1 doubleroom, 1 kitchen-cum-living room, shower and WC and separate terrace.



The attic flat (70 m²) consists of 1 living room with kitchenette, 1 double and one single room, bath and WC, balcony and 1 storeroom.
